Leten-凯撒逼真的假阳具振动器（米色）

First receive this about two weeks ago — when it arrived, there were things in the grooves which I assumed was dust, but when I tried cleaning it off, they came out as little balls but I didn’t think much about it at the time. Could also see the slight depression of a fingernail left it in but that didn’t really bother me at the time.

Put it away in a dark cool cupboard and when I took it out after two weeks, parts of it had melted. That’s when I realised that what I thought was ‘dust’ was actually the product already deteriorating. Asked customer service to please send me a different product since this is of inferior quality and not safe to use, they rejected because they said it’s wear and tear and that I probably used the wrong lube and soap (I didn’t — I only used water-based lube and a gentle soap, and the item has only been used ONCE).

Too angry to argue with customer service anymore. I was going to ask to exchange for a product of lesser value but I have found it cheaper at a different store so I will not be making any future purchases here.
