I thought the rubber ring at the entrance was just a gimmick. But I can assure you it is a good one. The tightness of the entrance ensures that there is a constant vacuum hugging you while the ring keeps you hard even after you finished. Would recommend for those who are looking for something tight.

The rubber ring is pretty unique. Feels good and helps to seal air to create vacuum. Best when almost pull out then go all the way in, heavenly. The only complain I have is that the outside material smells very rubbery.
