- Fill the 216 ml bulb only with clean lukewarm water unless the package expressly permits another solution.
- Secure the 6.25 cm × 0.75 cm applicator and apply water-based lubricant to the nozzle.
- Insert only to a comfortable depth and squeeze the bulb slowly and gently.
- Stop for pain, bleeding, dizziness or persistent cramping rather than forcing pressure or repeated full reservoirs.
- Allow the water to empty naturally, then disassemble and flush every component.
