The parcel is designed to look like a regular delivery. Only standard delivery information required by the courier will appear on the label.

CherryAffairs offers same-day delivery daily across Singapore, subject to order timing, product availability, delivery location, and available delivery slots. Same-day delivery slots: Order by 12pm for delivery between 1pm–5pm. Order by 4pm for delivery between 5pm–9pm. Order by 6pm for delivery between 7pm–11pm. If your order is urgent, choose the fastest available delivery option shown at checkout.

Yes. You can choose Kaki Bukit Self-Collection from our office/showroom, or select from over 1,200 locker locations across Singapore, where available. Self-collection is useful if you prefer not to receive a parcel at home, want more control over when and where you collect your order, or need a more private pickup option.
