更安全的使用方式
先在溫暖的浴缸或淋浴間中暖身幾分鐘。將疲軟的陰莖放入注滿水的幫浦內，確保睪丸避開密封圈，並且只施加形成勃起所需的最低真空壓力。過度用力抽氣或施加過大的真空壓力，可能造成瘀傷或受傷。
Bathmate 指示使用者每 2 至 3 分鐘取下幫浦，讓陰莖回縮，並在疲軟狀態下按摩 2 分鐘，然後重複上述步驟。單次 15 分鐘的使用期間，最多進行三次；任何 24 小時內都不得使用幫浦超過 15 分鐘。
若要釋放真空，請向內按壓閥蓋以啟動快速釋放機制，然後再將幫浦滑下取出。如果出現劇烈疼痛或不適，請立即停止並諮詢醫生。真空幫浦可能造成陰莖或陰囊內的血管瘀傷或破裂。
